Insurance

All patients are expected to pay at the time of service. The office visit will be cash, check, Care Credit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) unless you have 100% insurance.

We will file your insurance for you and will refund any over payments.

Patients who pay with cash or check will receive a 5% discount.
